Keystone STARS Document Uploader available soon! The Philadelphia Regional Key would like to invite you to register to become a user of the Keystone STARS Document Uploader software - a new initiative to our provider community. The Keystone STARS Document Uploader is web-based, can be accessed at any time, with any web-browser, and is easy to use. By registering, you will be able to electronically submit sources of evidence for meeting Keystone STARS Performance Standards. The documents that you upload are directly linked to specific indicators and are visible by your assigned Quality Coach. As a Keystone STARS Document Uploader user, you will have access to your Document Uploader dashboard — allowing you to view what documents have been uploaded, get feedback on their acceptance status, and have a running audit of evidence that you have submitted. Again this year, you must complete and submit a request form and a budget form s. Please note there are two versions of the budget form. One is an Excel Workbook to be used for electronic submission. Award amounts are based on staff position, Career Lattice level, number of hours worked, and STAR level of the facility. Funds go directly to the staff person, paid out through the program. If your location will be transferring to another agency for services related to Keystone STARS or CCIS, that agency will provide contact information and further communication to prepare for a smooth transition on July 1st. PHMC will continue to coordinate all Technical Assistance and Professional Development services through next fiscal year, June 2019 in the current five county region. Expect to see changes in communication with the provider community, including new formats for weekly e-newsletters and changes on the SERK website to align with our new statewide system. If a program serves children in Philadelphia or Allegheny County, they will receive this information through their Child Care Information Service Office. OCDEL is requesting that early learning providers be responsive to the ELRCs when they outreach around the provider agreements.
